Jay Tucker (Accountant)

Jay received his bachelor’s from Georgia State University with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.  He has 18 years of diverse experience in tax and accounting, with prior employment in private and public accounting.  His love and passion for accounting along with a concern about job creation and economic growth within the local community motivated him to start this endeavor in 2007.  He finds great satisfaction in helping small businesses strive in this tough economic climate.

LaToya Kelsey (Accountant)

LaToya received her bachelor’s from the University of Maryland with a concentration in Accounting. She has more than 12 years of progressive experience in providing quality accounting and tax services to closely held businesses.  Mrs. Kelsey is proficient in QuickBooks and other computerized accounting software.  She has worked with Subchapter C and S corporations, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals, not-for-profit, trusts and estates, including consolidated and multistate tax returns. In addition, she has prepared multi-state tax returns for partnerships, corporations and individuals.  Her passion for the business drives her to be the successful accountant she is today.
